What plug and outlets does it have?

It comes standard with an L5-30P plug, and we can fit other plugs as an option. Outlets are 8x 5-15R + 1x 5-20R.

How much runtime does it have?

About 15 minutes at half load, based on our listing. Runtime varies with your actual load.

Is the SMT3000 discontinued?

Yes. APC has discontinued it, and the SMT3000C replaces it. We still stock it and service it nationwide.

Does it come with new batteries and a warranty?

Yes. Every UPS we sell gets brand-new batteries and is load tested before it ships, and complete UPS units carry a 1-year GreenlightUPS warranty.

Can you install and service it?
