Important Information About This Legal Contract
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and Wesworth Electric, Inc d/b/a GreenLightUPS. The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Site. (References to “you” or “your” shall relate to the Customer; references to “GreenLightUPS” shall relate to Wesworth Electric, Inc d/b/a GreenLightUPS.
THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES HEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. THE CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN BROWARD COUNTY FOR PURPOSES OF ANY SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THIS SALE AGREEMENT.
Title; Risk of Loss
Title to goods herein being purchased passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the Customer, unless otherwise specified. GreenLightUPS is responsible for any loss or damage during shipping when arranged and billed to GreenLightUPS. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is the Customer’s responsibility.

GreenLightUPS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DISCLAIMER BY GREENLIGHTUPS IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, IF ANY.
Limitation of Liability
GreenLightUPS will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. GreenLightUPS will not be liable for products or services not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, GreenLightUPS is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages.
Items may be returned (unless specifically noted as final sale, closeout, overstock, and/or non-returnable) within 14 calendar days of receipt for full refund less shipping costs both ways.
Between 15 and 30 calendar days items may be returned for store credit less shipping costs both ways.
After 30 calendar days the batteries have likely aged and cannot be sold as new, so no returns accepted.
In order to begin a return, the customer must email us. The customer will receive an RMA#, packing list, and shipping label. The item must be leave their facility within 5 business days of the RMA. Once the item is received, GreenLightUPS will refund the order within 7 business days. Shortages or missing items will be deducted from the refund.
Term – We offer a 15month warranty on all UPS units and batteries unless expressly specified elsewhere. Our warranty policy begins at the delivery date or pickup date.
Initiation – Call or Email GreenLightUPS with a warranty claim request. Within 1 business day our technical team will contact you to review the situation.. The GreenLightUPS warranty requires you to perform basic testing and troubleshooting with our technical team prior to replacement.
Resolution – We exclusively decide whether to a) replace the unit or components, b) have the unit returned to us for repair, or c) refund the purchase price less a pro-rated amount based on the cost of batteries. Installation of units or manufacturer-designated customer serviceable parts is not included.
Warranty Shipping – If GreenLightUPS elects to send a replacement or repair, basic shipping is included in the warranty. Overnight or Liftgate service is available for additional fee. You must pack and ready the unit for return shipping.
