Today, as GreenLightUPS, Inc. we are now one of the largest UPS refurbishers and service companies in the South.
STANDARD SHIPPING begins with 2-3 days processing and testing your order and finishes with truck freight delivery within 2-6 days depending on your distance from South Florida. EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available with priority processing with a variety of carriers. We also offer BLIND SHIPPING, shipping on YOUR ACCOUNT and our overnight FIRSTLIGHTUPS service
Items may be returned (unless specifically noted as final sale, closeout, overstock, and/or non-returnable) within 14 calendar days of receipt for full refund less shipping costs both ways. In order to begin a return, the customer must email us. The customer will receive an RMA#, packing list, and shipping label. The item must leave your facility within 5 business days of the RMA. Once the item is received, GreenlightUPS will refund the order within 7 business days. Shortages or missing items will be deducted from the refund. See below for full TERMS link.
We accept Paypal for all eBay sales. We also accept Credit Cards through our own merchant and Wire Transfers. Net30 Terms are also available for select customers and institutions.
