RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned (unless
specifically noted as final sale, closeout, overstock, and/or
non-returnable) within 14 calendar days of receipt for full refund less
shipping costs both ways.
Between 15 and 30 calendar days items may be
returned for store credit less shipping costs both ways.
After 30 calendar days the batteries have
likely aged and cannot be sold as new, so no returns accepted.
In order to begin a return, the customer must
email us. The customer will receive an RMA#, packing list, and shipping
label. The item must be leave their facility within 5 business days of
the RMA. Once the item is received, GreenLightUPS will refund the order
within 7 business days. Shortages or missing items will be deducted from
the refund.

WARRANTY INFO
Term – We offer a
15month warranty on all UPS units and batteries unless expressly
specified elsewhere. Our warranty policy begins at the delivery date or
pickup date.
Initiation – Call or
Email GreenLightUPS with a warranty claim request. Within 1 business day
our technical team will contact you to review the situation.. The
GreenLightUPS warranty requires you to perform basic testing and
troubleshooting with our technical team prior to replacement.
Resolution – We
exclusively decide whether to a) replace the unit or components, b) have
the unit returned to us for repair, or c) refund the purchase price less
a pro-rated amount based on the cost of batteries. Installation of units
or manufacturer-designated customer serviceable parts is not included.
Warranty Shipping – If
GreenLightUPS elects to send a replacement or repair, basic shipping is
included in the warranty. Overnight or Liftgate service is available for
additional fee. You must pack and ready the unit for return shipping.
