GreenlightUPS Holdings LLC ("GreenlightUPS," "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on greenlightups.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone, company, billing and shipping address, and messages when you place an order, request a quote, contact us, create an account, or sign up for emails or price alerts.
- Payment information: card and wallet payments are handled by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers. For purchase orders, net terms or wire/ACH, we keep the billing and business details needed to process payment.
- Website usage: cookies and similar tools record pages viewed, device and browser type, and how you reached our site.
How we use it
- To process and ship orders, provide quotes and service, and answer questions.
- To send emails you signed up for, cart reminders, and review requests after an order ships.
- To understand how our site is used and to measure and show our ads (Google Analytics and Google Ads).
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run our business, such as our store platform (BigCommerce), payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers (UPS and freight carriers), our email provider (Mailchimp), Google (analytics and advertising), and our security provider (Cloudflare). We may also share information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email. We will still send messages about your orders, quotes and service.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.
- Ads: you can manage Google ad personalization at Google's ad settings.
- Your information: email us to ask for a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor those requests as required.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for up to 7 years, inquiries for up to 3 years, and email subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Our site is for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
