Yes. We service all brands, including units bought elsewhere.
Can you replace Symmetra PX battery units?
Yes. We replace SYBTU1-PLP and SYBTU2-PLP units in matched pairs, following APC's rule that units in columns A and B, and in C and D, must match.
Which battery modules do you stock for Symmetra PX and Smart-UPS VT?
SYBTU1-PLP for Symmetra PX 20/40/80 and Smart-UPS VT, and SYBTU2-PLP (PX2 9Ah) for larger Symmetra PX frames such as the SY100K100F. Our trays are refurbished with brand-new batteries and tested before they ship.
