Can I add runtime?

Yes. Add SMX48RMBP2U battery packs for extended runtime. Our listing rates about 24 minutes at half load on the internal batteries.

Is the SMX1000 discontinued?

Yes. It was discontinued Nov 8, 2023, and SMX1000C replaces it. We still stock it and service it nationwide.

Does it come with new batteries and a warranty?

Yes. Every UPS we sell gets brand-new batteries and is load tested before it ships, and complete UPS units carry a 1-year GreenlightUPS warranty.

Is a rail kit included?

No. Rail kits are always available as an add-on.
