- Batteries inside a UPS you buy from us are covered by that unit's warranty.
- Extended-run battery cabinets (XR packs) carry a 1-year GreenlightUPS warranty, including when bought on their own.
- Batteries, battery modules and trays bought on their own carry no formal warranty, because we can't know or control the environment they're installed in. If a problem comes up soon after delivery, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
- Batteries GreenlightUPS supplies and installs on-site carry a 1-year warranty on the batteries and the installation. Ship-in replacements and customer-supplied batteries are not covered.
